I've spent ten years at leading technology companies, most of them in the Fortune 500, managing projects and product operations across global, cross-functional teams. I know how large organizations really run: the systems, the stakeholders, the approvals, and the places where work quietly loses momentum.

Again and again, I watched capable people spend their days on work a system could do. I couldn't leave it alone. Designing automations that give those hours back became the work I love most, and I'm endlessly curious about how AI can make complex processes simply work.
